Family photography is a wonderful way to create lasting memories. You’ll have plenty of photos of your children as they grow, but parents are often missing from the picture. As the years go by, your kids will really value having photos of you all together as a family.

My approach is all about keeping things relaxed and fun, making sure everyone feels comfortable and can enjoy themselves. I’ll offer gentle guidance where needed, but my main focus is capturing natural moments as they unfold.

Every shoot is tailored to suit your family. Love getting out on the moors? Pop on your wellies and we’ll head up together to capture some special memories. Prefer cosy days at home? I’ll come to you and document the magic of everyday family life.

About This Service

Pet sessions are all about capturing your animal’s personality in a relaxed, natural way. We’ll take a walk, have a play, or just let them do their thing while I photograph the little moments you love most — their expressions, quirks, and character. I’ll gently guide things where needed, but there’s no pressure for perfect behaviour or posed shots. Whether your pet is full of energy or more on the chilled side, I’ll work around them to capture a mix of natural portraits and candid moments that feel true to who they are.

About This Service

Looking for some professional headshots to use but not into posed, uncomfortable photos? This session is ideal if you want relaxed, natural images that still look polished and professional. All taken in your own home, I'll bring the studio to you!

The shoot takes place in front of a simple backdrop, keeping the focus completely on you. I’ll guide you gently throughout so nothing feels awkward or overly staged, and together we’ll create a set of headshots you’ll feel confident using.

FAQ's

What time should I book my photoshoot for?

If you're booking an on location shoot, I'd advise either 9am to avoid the midday harsh lighting, or in the evening at around 7pm in summer to get the lovely sunset. If it's forecast to be cloudy, timing doesn't matter as there'll be no harsh light.

What do I wear?

I always say to avoid big logos and big graphics as these can dominate a photo. More earthy/natural tones are ideal, but most importantly it's whatever you feel comfortable in. If it's been tipping it down and we're on the moor, I'd advise against wearing heels!

Do I need to bring anything?

It's completely up to you. If we're doing a family shoot, then some form of bribery is usually a good idea - whether that's a teddy or sweets! Same with pets, if your dog's comfortable off the lead, then treats and a ball always comes in handy.
